Based on the Dehler 35, a special version of the Dehler 35 SQ was developed and sold as a separate model. The Dehler SQ stands for Speed and Quality - speed and comfort. So special modifications, seriously modified for higher speed characteristics and with improved finish, are designated. The main differences between the model 35 SQ and the basic model 35 are many details, among which the most important are: a completely new cockpit with two handwheels, folding bathing platform, lightweight hull due to the filler made of extra lightweight balls, keel with lead ballast and reduced CT. The interior finish is also more thorough and thoughtful.
All these innovations make the boat very different from the standard 35, the performance of the new model due to its higher stability is also noticeably better, especially in medium and strong winds.
