At Ferretti docks in Cattolica, Italy, construction has begun on the first hull of the Ferretti 920.

Created in collaboration with Zuccon International Project, the 28.49-meter yacht should be ready by September. Her gliding hull is built in GRP, as is her superstructure. The Ferretti 920 conforms to RINA standards.

Thanks to the raised bow, the owner's cabin on the main deck is more spacious and the yacht itself has a more imposing, aggressive look.

The forward recreation area is the largest on a yacht of this size.

It can accommodate two sofas, a coffee table and removable sun umbrellas.

The aft swim platform is equipped with a submerged platform that allows for easy launching of the tender, or in its absence, transforming it into a beach club area.

There is a choice of two cockpit layouts, with either a daybed or settee. The cockpit layout can be flexibly designed with freestanding furniture and a choice of bimini options, from blinds to tinted glass canopies.

The interior design of the Ferretti 920 is similar to the interiors of the previously released 850 model.

Recessed ceiling lights and panoramic windows give the impression of a penthouse on the water. There are cabins for 8 up to 10 passengers depending on the lower deck layout selected. Crew cabins for up to 5 people are also provided.

A pair of MTU diesels is used for propulsion. Those who opt for the most powerful engine (2435 hp) will enjoy a maximum speed of 30 knots. As an option, zero speed stabilizers or the Seakeeper stabilization system can be fitted.
