The 106-metre sailing yacht Black Pearl, recently launched by Oceanco Shipyard , is owned by Russian Oleg Burlakov, the influential website Superyachtfan.com has revealed . Earlier Oceanco confirmed that the customer of the vessel is indeed from Russia.
Black Pearl was designed by the Nuvolari Lenard studio. Dykstra Naval Architects is responsible for the naval architecture.
Black Pearl has three pivoting masts (a DynaRig rig). She has a steel hull with a Pacman bow and aluminum superstructure.
She is known to have staterooms for 12 passengers, two spa pools, a huge beach club and plenty of storage space for tenders and water toys.
Oleg Burlakov is the co-founder of oil and gas company Burneftegas. In 2014, Burneftegaz bought Bashneft for 36 billion rubles. Burlakov is also a major shareholder of Stroylesbank. He owns 74.88% of the bank's shares.
The billionaire owns part of the shares in the paint and varnish manufacturer Terpentin Preporod (located in Bosniaand Herzegovina). In early 2012, Burlakov acquired Southern Construction Communications Company, which builds housing inKrasnodar, Anapa and Gelendzhik.
