The first round of Audi Sailing Series regatta in Melges 32 class was held last weekend in Naples. 13 crews from Italy, Monaco and Russia took part in the competition.
The Italian team Sprit of Nerina won the competition. The second and third place also went to Italians: Torpyone and Azimut by STIG.
The leader among our «» crew isSynergy «» , it managed to take an honorable fourth place, never finishing below ninth place and winning the first race.
The second Russian crew, Tavatuy, is still in 10th place. The team has time to improve its position with five more rounds of the Audi Sailing Series (in Porto Ercole, Talamon, Riva del Garda and Genoa).
