PHOTO OF THE DAY

Two worlds, two Shapiro's.

The worlds of large motor and sailing yachts are almost like two non-intersecting universes (especially when you consider sport sailing yachts). Of course, they can be found in the same marinas (in Antibes or Porto Cervo), but it is almost impossible to see them next to each other at sea.
For this reason any such encounter between these two worlds, like the one in the photo where the almost 100m Vava II built last autumn meets Ranger, the J class yacht built in 2004, is rare and particularly interesting.
