Last Sunday, the winner of the 52nd International Coastal Race on the Coos-Torquay-Coos route was determined. It was the crew of a 37-foot boat nicknamed "Fury" who covered 160 miles of the route at an average speed of 59 knots (68 mph). As the saying goes, "Whatever you call the boat..."
