The Dubois Cup regatta started with the banal «let's have a race just for Dubois yachts». The idea, suggested by the owner of a Dubois, appealed to Ed Dubois himself and every two years since 2007, the Cup has been held in partnership with the Yacht Club of Dubois,Dubois Naval Architectsin conjunction with the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, the Cuphas been awarded to its competitorsevery two years. In order to take part in the regatta, it is not enough to have a Dubois, one has to be invited by the organizers. This year the Dubois fleet has reached 15 boats, a record number compared to previous years.

The 2013 race was held in Porto Cervo from the 1st to the 3d of June, thephotos were taken from the helicopter as well. Here it is, in the frame.
