This isn't Photoshopped - it's really a flying boat of the «Laser class». Chris Caldecoat(pictured) is one of the guys who helped Canadian Bruce Kirby's popular monotype take off by attaching hydrofoils to the centreboard. He assures that such a boat is easy enough to handle and will suit yachtsmen of any age. The updated «Laser» is currently undergoing trials, and according to the latest tests, the boat is capable of taking off in 10-12 knots of wind. By the way, the skipper's weight is 96 kg.
According to Chris Caldecoat, such boats won't replace the old ones, but will allow everyone to experience new sensations.
