The participant of Who is who regatta that took place on July 25-28 in the waters of the Moscow Sea decided to freshen up radically. No wonder, as it has been thirty-five degrees Celsius for a week in Moscow. The author of the photo awarded the hero the title of the "best bullet" of the competition. The regatta was organized by the Konakovo River Club, the races were held by "Ray" class boats.
