Three boats collided during Open Championship of Russia which is held on August 11-18 in St. Petersburg. The Open Championship of Russia is the most massive regatta for children in our country. About 300 young sportsmen race in children classes "Optimist", "Cadet" and "Zoom". "Optimist is the most popular class of the regatta. It is represented by 150 athletes from 25 regions of Russia.
