Abstractionism

This photograph, taken from the air on Lake Starnberg in southern Germany, could be mistaken for a painting by a fashionable avant-garde artist. However, the author of this picture is not a human being, but nature: during the blooming season, the lake is covered with a layer of pollen. Nature often surprises us: think of the amazing blue carpet of jellyfish sailboats that recently covered the west coast of the United States.
