Approximately 300 yachts and around 1000 yachtsmen raced in St Tropez for a whole week, from September 27th to October 3rd, at one of the most brilliant regattas of the season. The LVST, which has been held since 1981, features a huge division of vintage yachts divided into 9 credit groups. With good breeze and sunshine (which is not a problem for the Cote d'Azur at this time of year) all this gives the viewer a great aesthetic pleasure.
Here at the itBoat editorial office we particularly appreciated the photo shoot of the duel between the 70-metre Atlantic and the 65-metre Creole, taken by the famous yacht photographer Gilles Martin-Raget.
