Esense (aka Wally 143) was launched in the summer of 2006, being the largest sailing yacht built in Fano at the time. Externally, Esense is very different from all modern yachts: the boat has a very high bulwark, which hides almost all (except the halyards) the running rigging (as well as the air conditioning system and the bosun's equipment chests). The boat's main peculiarity is its unusual mechanism of sheeting. The new system Magic Trim is used on the yacht where the gear is controlled by joystick with proportional movement: moving the joystick forward or backward by small distance will cause slow change of the gear tension, deviation of the joystick by larger value will cause faster work of sheet actuators, which are telescopic hydraulic cylinders with blocks on movable and motionless extremities. The interior of Esense is unique: the huge 45-meter boat has only one cabin (if you don't count crew quarters). All other areas are formed by sliding vertical panels moving on vertical slots in the floor and skirt. With these panels two guest cabins are quickly "cut out" from the huge saloon, another is formed in the same way from part of the wide corridor on the left side of the boat.
