According to the terms of the deal, Ferretti will sell 100% of the Apreamare S.p.A. company to the Italian families Aprea and Pollio, which were at the time the Apreamare brand was founded. The transaction will be completed by the end of March this year and also includes the sale of the production complex in Torre Annunziata, Naples. The shipyard joined the Ferretti Group in 2001. Now the manufacturer offers two lines of boats: a classic "Gozzo" line with hulls from 28 to 64 feet and a yacht line "Maestro" with complex, original hull design from 51 to 82 feet.

"I am very pleased that after several years of deep, successful collaboration, the Apreamare brand is once again in the hands of its founders and, most importantly, of our friends Cataldo Aprea and Antonino Pollio," says Norberto Ferretti, Chairman and Founder of the Ferretti Group. - The Aprea and Pollio families are strong business leaders with a full understanding of the brand that has developed over the years. I wish them and Apreamare great luck in the future.

According to the CEO of the Ferretti Group, Ferretti and Apreamare will not stop cooperating. Both companies are currently working on an agreement under which the Apreamare shipyard will remain one of the largest Ferretti Group service points in the Tyrrhenian Sea, a strategic region between the Apennines and the islands of Sicily, Sardinia and Corsica.
