On the opening day of Boot Dusseldorf 2018, Sea Ray, an American shipyard, held a traditional meeting for dealers. This year the mood at the meeting was elevated: the market clearly showed a revival, for the first time after the financial crisis and several years of stagnation.

So, the number of orders for SeaRay models has increased by almost 15%.

On the one hand, more and more people are coming to the decision to buy a boat, but on the other hand the shipyard offers more and more interesting boat models, while reducing prices as much as possible. SeaRay staked on development, which allowed the company to stay afloat in hard times.

This year the company has brought to Dusseldorf not only the most popular models in Europe and the U.S. with length from 19 to 40 feet, but also new concepts of boats, which will go into series this summer, and now are available for pre-order, including from the distributor in Russia - Burevestnik Group.

First of all, the specialists were attracted by the Sundancer 290 - being in the line of cruisers, it is essentially a rather large bowrider with two comfortable cabins.

The 290 is the younger brother of the SeaRay Sundancer 320, which was introduced two years earlier and has become an absolute best-seller in its class.

High sides with panoramic windows, hardtop with sliding section, hydraulic platform, quality materials, teak deck covering, two spacious cabins inside and the most unusual - bowrider style! We've never seen anything like it on a cruiser.

The most diverse and necessary options can be ordered at an affordable price.

Among the interesting options is a powerful traction Cummins diesel engine, built on the basis of AUDI V8 engine 4.2 liters with an output of 370 hp instead of the basic petrol engine with an output of 350 hp.

SeaRay also promises to release the Sundancer 290 OB under outboard engines, which may be of interest to fishermen or customers who are concerned about minimum draft.

Among the options for the engines is the possibility of installing the AXIUS joystick.®A powerful bow thruster is available for everyone else to make mooring easier.

Basic equipment includes transom plates with position indication, and in addition to that, a system for automatic adjustment of position of drive speakers Active Trim by Mercury Marine can be installed.® and the Dynamic Running Surface™ electronic tilt and tilt adjustment system.

The cockpit on the Sundancer 290 is simple and comfortable. The dining table is lowered and together with the sofa transforms into an extra tanning area. The rear sofa folds out into a large and comfortable tanning bed, which can be placed in the shade of a special awning equipped with electric drive.

A sliding tilt is an extra option, but it's worth thinking about if you want to make the interior as open and light as possible. The possibilities of space organization are extended by the unique design of the bow of the boat. A wide aisle on the starboard side will lead you directly to the bow of the boat, where you can sit on luxurious seats and sun loungers. A table can also be installed there.

The quality sound of the stereo system and LED backlighting will set the mood for a party on board. Options include an electric grill or stove in addition to a sink and a minibar in the cockpit, available as standard.

The model will be launched at the beginning of this summer and is currently available for pre-order. The shipyard is ready to give special discounts to its first customers. The cost of the boat starts at 150,000 euros.
