Originally built as fishing vessel by Van der Molen. During 1977 - 1980 the "Fram" was converted into an expedition vessel based on the design of Pieter Beeldsnijder. The Pieter Beeldsnijder 23.75 FRAM - Ex. Fish Trawler is seaworthy and well maintained by owner, who has made several trips. Owner made ca. 35.000 sea miles - from the Baltic Sea to Cyprus around the Mediterranean and also the owner has visited Norway 7 times with the "Fram" and also to the Black Sea and through Bosperus. The ship is perfectly suited to make these long trips and live on board. The ship is fully insulated, lots of closet space, living space, separate cooling room, built by a German submarine captain, many watertight hatches + bulkheads, special Custom cabinet, air conditioning (2006), diving equipment 1 x Bauer 225 bar compressor, 1 x air horn, ventilation in engine room, navigation table / chart table in wheelhouse + sofa, safe for sea charts, barometer, hygrometer, anti-slip in engine room, wheelhouse is accessible via watertight door to owners cabin and watertight hatch deck, 2 x searchlights, laundry room with Miele washing machine, Miele dryer, built-in laundry basket, lots of storage space in the ship, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, bread oven, 1 x computer for internet in wheelhouse, 1 x computer for navigation at steering position, WiFi antenna in wheelhouse incl. range in saloon, Raytheon MK. range in the saloon, Raytheon MK intercom incl. speakers, TV receiver Seatell (2006), 2 x 6 life raft in container 2010 (expired), camera in engine room and aft deck, large L-shaped dinette in saloon incl. 2 armchairs, sofa on afterdeck, 2 x teak storage boxes on deck, 12 storage boxes for food, 1 x trolley approx. 150 m, anemometer, camera with screen for safety when moored.
