Former Top Gear TV presenter Jeremy Clarkson rescued four tourists who had been blown miles offshore by the wind while swimming on inflatable mattresses in Mallorca, Spain. Clarkson secured the mattresses to a RIB on board his yacht and towed the tourists to shore.

«I liked the look on their faces," he told The Sun. - They didn`t realise they were sailing to North Africa. They were all in their 20s and within a mile of the shore. No one would have been able to make it from there to shore on their own».

Clarkson reported the incident on Twitter.

«I just rescued two Germans and two Frenchmen. I apologised for Brexit. I am a better and more constructive Foreign Secretary than Boris Johnson»," he wrote.

The TV presenter also said that he intends to celebrate the successful rescue in the pub.
