British shipyard Sunseeker has launched the first hull of its new 131 Yacht series. The yacht rolled off the slipway at the shipyard in Poole, Dorset this week. After being tested she will be delivered to her owner in early 2016.
The Sunseeker 131 Yacht is designed based on the well proven Sunseeker 40m and features extensive interior customisation options, including a choice of furniture, textiles and layout.
Her three decks offer room for up to 12 guests. The main deck contains the lounge, dining area and galley. The upper deck features an open air lounge area and cocktail bar as well as access to a flybridge with Jacuzzi and sun pads. The maximum speed of the yachts in this series is 25 knots.
So far Sunseeker has sold another three hulls of the 131 Series, which are currently at different stages of construction. The shipyard promises that it will take no more than a year from order to delivery to the owner.
