Fort Lauderdale, Florida's largest boat show on the water kicks off November 3-7. Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show takes place for the 57th time. This year the show will be held on seven grounds with a total area of almost 280 thousand square meters. Almost 1500 boats and yachts of different sizes will be presented there. Totally about 1000 exhibitors from more than 30 countries will take part in the boat show. The cost of all exhibited products will exceed $4 billion.

The biggest FLIBS 2016 yacht is 83.5-meter Feadship Savannah. This hybrid superyacht has won many awards and will undoubtedly be a jewel of the show. The top five largest exhibits at the boat show include 78.4m TV by Lurssen, 70m Galactica Super Nova by Heesen, 62.6m Lady Lola by Oceanco, 62.5m Party Girl by Icon.

According to a study conducted by Thomas J. Murray & Associates in cooperation with the University of Florida, last year's FLIBS generated an additional $875 million for the Florida economy. We believe this year's boat show revenues will only grow.
