Numarine shipyard has sold the second hull of the new 32XP series of compact explorers. The contract has been signed with an experienced American owner.

The exterior and interior styling for this 32.5 metre motor yacht, featuring plenty of living space, was developed by Turkish designer Can Yalman. The Numarine 32XP has a gross tonnage of 300 BRT and offers 330 square metres of living space.

One of the key features of the Numarine 32XP is generous outdoor seating areas.

The cockpit area, which flows into the sunbathing area, is 64 square metres, while the long upper deck, with storage space for a 9 metre rib-tender and a forward lounge area, is 129 square metres. Added to this is a spacious 60sqm flybridge with three sofas and a 12-person dining table, two large sun pads, a bar and three chairs opposite the upper helm station.

There are six cabins for 12 passengers, with as many as two "masters" on the main deck forward and on the upper deck.

All staterooms are equipped with en-suite facilities. The master suite on the main deck has a separate bathroom for the master and the hostess. The second master suite has access to the sundeck where the tender is kept on the move.

The naval architecture of the 32XP's steel hull was designed by longtime Numarine partner Umberto Tagliavini. At 9 knots she has a transatlantic range of 3,000 miles. Caterpillar C18 ACERT engines allow speeds of up to 14 knots.

When designing the 32XP, Numarine engineers paid close attention to minimizing noise and vibration.

The 32XP's noise and vibration insulation system, developed in partnership with Silent Line, is matched to a 50 metre superyacht.

The high level of comfort on board is also confirmed by the NV Class 1 Comfort Class certification, which is stricter than the RINA requirements.

The first Numarine 32XP hull was sold in June 2016 and launched a year later in June 2017.

The Numarine 32XP is one of three models in the new line of compact explorers. The largest yacht in the range is the 40XP, the smallest is the 25.2m 24XP, whose first hull found a buyer in May 2016.
