The 47m Razan is launched in Pendik, Turkey.

Razan's exterior was designed by H2 Yacht Design. During the build process the original design was redesigned for a more modern look. The yacht features a wider swim platform and larger beach club, as well as larger windows on the main deck forward. The main and upper decks were stripped of shaped sheets that obstructed visibility.

The Sundeck has been redesigned and now has a large Jacuzzi in the center surrounded by lots of seating. The lower deck has also been redesigned, with two VIP suites and two normal guest suites.

She is scheduled for delivery in early 2017.

Razan is the first yacht launched after the renaming of the yard, which was called Proteksan-Turquoise until April 2015.

The rebranding came after Mohamed Al Barwani, who also owns Dutch Oceanco, bought the company. The last time a superyacht came off the slipway at Turquoise Yachts was in 2013. It was the 50m Ileria. The Turkish shipyard is planning to deliver an 81-metre vessel in 2018.
