Ken Freivokh's futuristic design, which has already attracted the attention of our editorial board before, has been nominated in the category «30m+» of the International Yacht & Aviation Awards 2014. The 145m megayacht concept was shortlisted as a finalist.
The yacht has panoramic openings in the sides, which Ken Freivokh himself finds a very good solution. These openings replaced the usual portholes on the upper deck. It's turned out very interesting.
Fortissimo will cruise the oceans at 35 knots, at least that is what the design brief states. The cruising speed is 18 knots.
The yacht will be equipped with Italian Fincantieri Yachts diesel engines. The engine capacity is 70,000 kW which gives almost 94,000 horsepower.
The yacht can accommodate 16 guests, the owner and 48 crew members. Moreover, Fortissimo has a spa, gym, bar, cinema, sauna and an impressive garage for several tenders.
