On deck the coamings are extended beyond the double helm station. In the copse there are long sofas and tables for lounging. Another sofa can be placed around the exit to the lower deck aft.
In addition to the saloon located amidships, there are four comfortable en-suite staterooms and crew quarters below deck. There are two possible layouts for the lower deck, with the crew cabin fore or aft. The layouts differ only in the layout of the cabins. All the bulkheads, hatches and supply systems are located in the same way. This was achieved by using the same layout matrix for both layouts.
An optional extra row of windows can be made in the hull. According to Nautor's Swan superyacht line manager Piter Naeye, this decision has been the subject of considerable discussion between himself and Herman Frers - it breaks the harmonious lines of the hull. But the saloon offers even more light and views of the water, with additional windows just above the two sofas which can be made into large couches.

The hull and deck of the Swan 120 is made entirely of carbon fiber. The base boat is equipped with a fixed keel and has a draft of 4.5 metres. However, she can be fitted with a telescopic keel which enables her to reduce the draft to 3.5 metres.
The racing version is equipped with a 3m bowsprit with waterstag, mainsail with square top and a portable buckstag. An optional concealed anchor winch is also available.
