The navigation in the Moscow region ended back in November, and most of the yachts have already been brought ashore by caring owners. And yet, to celebrate the New Year in the yachting style, it is not necessary to go somewhere far away. The excellent solution for a corporate party or a festive dinner with friends can be the restaurants on the water.
So, the yachts-restaurants «Chaika» and «Lastochka», moored in the centre of Moscow, are ready to offer their guests a special menu of the best masterpieces of Italian chef Domenico Filippone during New Year holidays.
Murmansk trout crudo is the main hit of New Year's menu in the restaurants on water. Orange and red color spectrum and delicate fish taste will instantly create a feeling of approaching New Year and will delight demanding guests.
As a main course the chef recommends to taste veal fillet «Rossini» with foie gras and black truffle or tuna Toro tartare with avocado. And warm oysters with sauce «Berblanc» and red caviar will be an exquisite table decoration.
The gathering will become even warmer and more cordial thanks to the heady aroma of juicy tomahawk steak «Prime beef». As an appetizer, guests will be served bruschetta with black or red caviar, or toasted with pickled sardines.
