The first private marina was opened in Sochi. Industrial group «Basic Element».
The port is located in the center of the premium-class resort area «Imeretinsky». The first stage of the marina consists of three lines of floating quays, each 45 metres long. Two berths will be suitable for mooring yachts up to 15 m and one berth for yachts up to 45 m. Moreover, there will be mooring facilities for mega yachts up to 120 m, as well as for speedboats and aquabikes.
Thus the ship owners will be guaranteed 24 hour security for their vessels, access to the shore and launching into the water, meeting by the service boat with the escort and assistance at mooring operations, making keelblocks for ground anchorage, washing, water supply, power supply and some other services.
According to the representative of «Base Element», expansion of the marina area, construction of new mooring lines and expansion of the list of services offered are planned in the coming years.
