French design studio Sylvain Viau Design has revealed the design of the 69m trimaran Project Subsee, which is reportedly in development. The vessel will be used both for private use and for charter.
«An interesting feature of the conceptual yacht is the ability to operate» a pair of submarines using a built-in lifting system.
The trimaran will be powered by a hybrid engine (diesel-electric) and will be capable of speeds of up to 19 knots. Whether the specified speed is a cruising speed or a maximum speed is not specified.
