Sailing is known to have beneficial effects on health. TheNational Sailing Wellness Days team decided to enhance this property by launching a series of special aquanaras. The first one was held in Marmaris, and for 10 days the participants (including a 75-year-old lady) learned how to sail, and at the same time got rid of stress in the city by practicing yoga, meditating and following a balanced diet under the guidance of experts. The next aquanar will be held in Greece in October, but in the meantime, let's see how it was this time.
