Near the Mexican town of La Ventana, from March 24 to 28 the best kiteboarders from around the world gathered to win the Gold Cup and $10,000 in addition. More than 70 participants from 19 countries competed in the first stage of the Kite FoilGold Cup, the record speed was 42.8 knots. This season the athletes will compete in three more events - in Europe, USA and Australia. We think that new achievements will not be long in coming.
