Hallberg-Rassy 412 Overview
The HR 412 model - one of the latest developments of the company - is at the same time the largest for the company model with a cockpit. Its features include a very wide range of possibilities to adjust the interior to the needs of the customer. The boat is distinguished by a large cockpit, modern sailing plan with a large mainsail and a relatively small jib, hidden halyards wiring. Electric winches allow the helmsman to handle the sails in Easy Sailing style - only at the push of a button, as promised in the company brochures.
Preliminary performance ratings give a possible speed of 8 knots at 12 knots in the Gulfwind. The first HR 412 hull is due to appear on the water in mid-summer 2012.
