The motorboat «Valery Bryusov» moored near the Krymskaya embankment, near the Kremlin, was converted into a new art center. The creators of Moscow's Flacon design factory worked on the project. At «Bryusov» creative studios, trade areas, beauty salons, cafes and a space for co-working will appear.

Official opening of the art-space took place on July 13, but at the moment it is about 30% ready, and the readiness of the ship itself is about 60%. Many rooms are still being repaired.

New guests will arrive at «Valery Bryusov» until September, by which time the owners plan to "staff" the ship completely. Some facilities are already accepting their guests and customers.

The ship is located at the Krymskaya embankment, which is attracting a lot of pedestrians after the renovation.

Earlier the three-deck steamer «Valery Bryusov», which was built at the Austrian shipyard in 1984, was used for river cruises. In 1993 the vessel was moored on the waterfront and housed a hotel, casino, restaurant and brothel. The entertainment facilities closed in 2009. In their place appeared «Karaoke-club», but it did not work long either: already in 2011 «Brusov» was put up for sale.
