Dubai authorities will spend 4.4 billion pounds to build a new marina.

On the territory of the marina, in addition to the pier for 100 seats and a yacht club building, there will be the world's longest indoor ski slope with a length of 1200 meters.

The gigantomania of the Dubai Government does not end there. Plans for the Meydan One development include building the world's tallest residential tower, the highest observation deck with a 360-degree view, the tallest restaurant and the world's largest 400-metre dancing fountain. The first phase of construction should be completed within the next five years.

How big yachts could be docked in the new marina remains to be seen, but judging by the trend in recent years, it will definitely include superyacht berths. Countries in the Middle East are making efforts to attract owners of the largest and most expensive boats to the region. In particular, registration rules for such vessels are being simplified.
