Illegal fueling station for small vessels was found in St. Petersburg

In one of the yacht-clubs in St. Petersburg an illegal filling station for small vessels was discovered. It was reported by the press-service of the Transport Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the North-West Federal District.

The Department specifies that the fueling station was found during an inspection of the yacht club. The station was located on the Neva River, on the landing stage 20 meters from the shore.

In all the time «of clandestine» work gas station dispatched fuel in the amount of more than 2 million rubles.

The company's customers were small vessels and jet skis.

At the moment the unlicensed gas station is prosecuted under part 1 Article 171 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Illegal entrepreneurship). Entrepreneurs selling fuel illegally may face a fine of up to 300 thousand rubles.
