Italian shipyard Benetti has launched Equus. This 43-metre semi-series vessel has been created for a client in Europe. The yacht is the sixth hull on the successful Crystal 140 platform which was developed in 2011.
The contemporary interior of the yacht was designed by François Zuretti and the yard's own department, with the owner's designer POD Interior Style. POD Style was responsible for the African-inspired decorations, designed to highlight the client's family's love for the continent.
Equus is designed for private use by the owner, his family and friends. The most important area on board is the sundeck with sun loungers, Jacuzzi and cinema. The upper deck features a special ebony table that the owner personally decorated. The main deck differs in the absence of a table. The owner's suite forward includes a 180-degree view stateroom, office, dressing room and a spacious bathroom.
