Black Sea yacht yard launches its largest yacht

TheBlack Sea Yachting Ship yard has launched the 30-metre aluminium Explorer BSY 98.

It is the largest yacht ever built by a Ukrainian shipyard.

At a cruising speed of 10 knots, the yacht can go 5,000 miles without refuelling. Two MAN engines of 800 hp each provide a maximum speed of 14 knots. The batteries are automatically recharged by a diesel generator through the inverters.

In addition to a system of rocking stabilizers, the yacht features a special ballast tank which can be topped up if additional stability is required.

The interiors are glass and white with custom Swedish white parquet flooring, polished American walnut furniture in white Italian leather and laminated tempered glass on the tables.

The yacht can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. Each guest stateroom includes an en suite bathroom.

The galley is equipped with an elevator to serve food in the upper saloon and on the fly bridge. Another feature of the galley is the presence of a waste press.

The forward area of the boat features a large forepeak with a workshop for storing tools, a lathe and a drill, and storing equipment. There is also a big hangar with diving equipment on the boat.
