Superyacht sinks after storm in Mallorca

Superyacht Paradise sank in the Port d' andratx, Mallorca, Spain. Strong winds and waves caused severe damage to the hull of the 34-meter yacht. She began to sink. Police and divers tried unsuccessfully to prevent Paradise from sinking completely.

The yacht was built by Ferretti Custom Line in 2003. Her hull and superstructure are made of composite. Paradise has been powered by twin MTU 2775 bhp engines.

Apart from Paradise, another small yacht, whose name was not disclosed, was also a victim of the Mallorca storm. She also suffered severe hull damage and sank.
