The 43.7m motor yacht Tansu Yachts Cyclone has left Istanbul and is heading to Monaco for her world premiere at the show. The Turkish shipyard is once again raising the bar, introducing its fourth vessel in 12 months.

The shipyard began work on the project in 2013 and has built its first 43-metre boat in 4 years.

Cyclone's interior and exterior design is created by the shipyard's own team, while Diana Yacht Design has traditionally been involved in developing the naval architecture that has become a recognisable feature of the Tansu fleet.

The expressive hull form, flush fore-glazing and rectangular windows give this yacht a very aggressive look.

The yacht has three decks, the top of which is devoted entirely to the owner's suite and private terrace.

The interior volume of 1196 gross tons allows for very comfortable accommodation for up to 8 passengers and 5 crew members. An intriguing feature of the interior is the library with three meters high ceilings.

The main deck combines a Beach Club aft with a saloon and raised wheelhouse which is another distinctive feature of the Tansu. In addition, there is a spacious foredeck and stowage space for two tenders: the 6m Rupert R6 Tansu and the 4.2m Zodiac workboat.

The lower deck features guest staterooms, a galley and working and crew quarters.

At full throttle, the Cyclone achieves 21.7 knots powered by twin 1,900 horsepower Caterpillar C32 engines. At a cruising speed of 10 knots, the vessel boasts a range of 2,700 miles.
