A special preview of the new model from Princess Yachts was held at the British Motor Yacht Show last weekend. Under the working title of Princess 70 she is an addition to the new Princess Flybridge range.

Like her F-Class predecessors she is designed for communication and relaxation on board. She has a large U-shaped dining room with a fully equipped wind bar and grill, sun pads aft and forward seats that fold out into a spacious daybed.

The 26.6 square metre saloon, with panoramic windows, has two seating areas equipped with a 49" television and multimedia system. Sliding glass doors divide the saloon from the aft galley, which is ideal for alfresco dining.

The lower deck is divided into four cabins, including a full-beam master suite with private stairway to the cockpit. Large windows allow for plenty of sunlight and openable portholes allow for fresh air.

A side door allows the crew to quickly access the deck for easy steering and maintenance.

Two MAN V12 engines, each with 1400 hp, give the boat a top speed of 36 knots. The boat features Raymarine plotters and touch screens.

Princess 70 will have her world premiere at the Cannes Yacht Festival this September.
