Russian oligarch Vladimir Potanin has sold one of his superyachts. The 75.5m Anastasia has changed owner and will now be renamed Wheels. The yacht was put up for sale through Burgess and Fraser. She was asked for €67.5 million.

So far the sale of «Anastasia» is the largest transaction in 2018 in the brokerage yacht market.

Potanin took ownership of the boat in 2008. Anastasia was built by Dutch shipyard Oceanco and designed by Australian designer Sam Sorgiovanni. She underwent a €10 million refit in 2013. The interior of the yacht is finished with bamboo and eucalyptus. She has a 100 m² large saloon with a dance floor and a 2,500 litre aquarium. Half of the lower deck is devoted to garage with all possible tenders and water toys. The six cabins can accommodate 12 guests.

The sale of Anastasia did not leave Vladimir Potanin without water transport: he owns two more Oceanco superyachts - Nirvana (2012) and Barbara (2017), both 88.5 meters long. The Russian entrepreneur has remained true to himself not only in his choice of shipyard and size, but also in his choice of designer - in all cases it is Sam Sorgiovanni. In addition, all Potanin's yachts have the same number of guest cabins (six) and a huge aquarium in the salon.

Vladimir Potanin owns more than 30% of «Norilsk Nickel», one of the world's largest producers of refined nickel and palladium. The businessman is the sixth richest man in Russia according to Forbes list.
