Farmer Tom Pearcy, owner of the famous giant maze in a cornfield in North Yorkshire (UK), made a boat from a pumpkin weighing 615 kg and rafted it down the River Uz in York City between two bridges . The distance was about 300 meters.

The Guinness Book of World Records has no record of the largest pumpkin boat, so Piercy is hoping his ingenuity will help him make history. The unusual watercraft will be on display for visitors to his corn maze until November 4.
