Launched in mid-August last year, the 111m Lürssen TIS became available for charter. In June, the German shipyard finally delivered the boat, one of the most impressive large boats of 2018 according to Superyachts Times, to her owner . She is now available for charter through broker Moran Yacht & Ship for €2.2 million per week.

For this money, the charterer will have at his disposal a six-deck steel superyacht that can comfortably cruise up to 18 guests at a time, with exterior and interior design by Winch Design.

The owner's suite occupies a separate level just above the main deck.

From here, there is direct access to the main helipad.

An additional helipad is situated on the upper deck. However, when not in use, it can also serve as a sunbathing area.

Eight cabins are available for the remaining 16 persons on the main deck forward and on the lower deck aft. A crew of 38 will be waiting on the lower deck.

The aft main deck is dedicated to the dining and lounge area, as well as the office for official meetings. On port and starboard, guests will find two small balconies overhanging the water.

Guests living on the lower deck will be the closest ones on TIS to the beach club and the small spa with sauna. This is also where another balcony is located.

The second «half of» the spa is located at bridge level. While the forward portion of this deck will be used by the captain and crew for steering the ship, the aft portion will be used for massages, hammam and beauty salon. There's also a gym with fitness equipment.

Here the guests can also swim in the 12-metre swimming pool in the open air. It has a counter current facility as well as underwater bikes, so it can be used not only for recreation, but also for training.

The TIS garage forward on the main deck (just below the main helipad) can carry two 13-metre tenders, two 10-metre lifeboats, a SeaBob, a jet ski and other watersports equipment such as windsurfing, water-skiing and kayaking.

The TIS itself is powered by two MTU 20V M73 engines. The boat is capable of reaching a speed of up to 18 knots. The cruising speed is 13 knots. Autonomously the vessel can go up to 7 thousand nautical miles.
