Ocean King 88: mooring like a king

Ocean King 88 is equipped with dynamic positioning system.

Ocean King 88 Super Trawler Equipped with Dynamic Positioning System RINA-DYNA-POS. It allows the vessel to moor in difficult weather conditions or narrow places without using traditional mooring ends or anchors.

It is worth noting that it is difficult to install. It requires both a propulsion unit (azipods) and a thruster. Working together, they control and maintain the vessel's position and correct course by automatically responding to changing wind strength, current and wave height.

A yacht with such a system «on board» can be controlled by a joystick and manoeuvred easily.
