The Board of Directors of the group, chaired by Paolo Vitelli, decided to introduce a new position: that of Chief Executive Officer. It was taken by Ferruccio Luppi, former top manager of car manufacturer Fiat. He will coordinate and oversee the Group's three business lines: yachts, megayachts and megayacht services. Previously these were overseen directly by the company's president, Paolo Vitelli.
As the shipyard explains, the reshuffle is related to the recently adopted strategic development plan.
