Swedish entrepreneurs Alexander Lind and Philip Werner have taken a new look at wakeboarding by introducing a wakeboard with a built-in engine.
The craft is made of carbon fiber, has a waterjet propulsor, powered by replaceable lithium-ion batteries (a fully charged battery lasts for 20-60 minutes depending on the speed). Weight of the watercraft - 29 kg, maximum speed - 25 knots.
It should be noted that Radinn will not be a pioneer in the market. Its rivals are electric surfboards Aquila and Waterwolf, which cost much cheaper ($3,800 and $9,56,000, respectively).
