OnWorld Oceans Day, wildlife photographer Paul Goldsteinpublished a series of stunning images showing ocean life above and below the water- From sperm whales frolicking off the coast of Sri Lanka to polar bears balancing on the ice floes of Norway's Spitsbergen Island in search of food. World Oceans Day is celebrated on 8 June. It is designed to highlight humanity's inextricable link with the world's oceans, which cover 70% of the planet, and to remind people of the importance of protecting them from pollution. To celebrate the holiday, Google has added 360-degree panoramas of underwater ocean life from 40 different locations around the planet to its Street View service.
