In Antigua last weekend, half a hundred classic sailboats of varying ages from 30 to 178 feet were in attendance. The oldest competitor, the 72-foot gaff Anne Marie, is over a century old and the youngest has only been underway for two years. The 30th Antigua Classic Yacht Regatta attracted spectators not only with a diverse line-up of competitors, but also with excellent weather conditions with winds up to 17 knots and moderate waves. A humpback whale participated in the regatta as a special guest. Regatta results
