The news of the unfortunate incident came from at the Amico & Co shipyard in Genoa, Italy. Genoa, Italy.

The 90-meter megayacht Nero, built by CorsairYachts and delivered to her owner in 2008, was in dry dock. Work on her had apparently never even started, as the photos show that the dock hadn't even been fully drained. According to the first hot-water conclusions, the reason of the accident is one of the broken outriggers, which could not take the heavy weight. As a result, the boat collapsed on its left side, but the hull, fortunately, was not damaged.

According to various reports 4-5 people on board sustained minor injuries.

Nero, sailing under the Cayman Islands flag, is in high charter demand. A week'shire of the 1920s-style luxury vessel in high season costs €497,000.
