A violent storm damaged several yachts at NOAK Marina in Corfu, Greece . Sunseeker 's 40m Jelana, manoeuvring close to the marina entrance, was thrown into rocky shallow water 20 metres from the shore. The boat sustained severe damage in the stern and the engine compartment was flooded, but the crew managed to block it, avoiding further flooding. The 15 passengers were evacuated ashore. Part of the crew joined the operation to prevent the fuel spill.
