At the beginning of September another SPIBS boat show was held in St.Petersburg. More than fifty boats including several novelties were exhibited at the berths of the Union Yacht Club. For the first time a Volvo Penta V8-300 engine was demonstrated in Russia. The boat show was accompanied by the typical St. Petersburg weather: it was cloudy, but it did not prevent visitors to enjoy the event: to win prizes from sponsors, chase in amateur regattas and enjoy barbeque at the Princess Yachts party.
