Overview of Perini Navi Malizia

Originally named Fidelis, this yacht was made for HRH Prince Rainier III of Monaco by Perini Navi in 1989. She was the last boat in the firm's 25-meter line (yes, boats were much shorter in those days!). Rainier III took Fidelis on a long voyage almost as soon as she was delivered. Since then the yacht has changed owners and names several times, from Fidelis to Malicia, then to Ma Geisha and recently to Malizia again. Although the views on yacht design at the end of the 80's differed greatly from those of today, she still looks good inside, with her reddecker interior combining elements of Art Nouveau and classicism, while the wooden covered pods of the VIP suites look a bit strange, depriving the room of "air". This may be what is keeping her from being successfully resold, as her price has recently been reduced from 2.3 to 1.95 million euros.
