The Rinker is the oldest U.S. shipyard in existence and has not ceased production since 1945. The shipyard stands at the same location where Rinker's father and sons began manufacturing motorboats in the mid-40s.

There are a lot of experienced "veterans" of the industry on the staff of workers who build Rinker boats. Even with the expansion of production and the hiring of new employees, the average length of service at the Rinker Boat Company factory is 16 years!
